Foodies Takeout & Delivery is a progressive SaaS company specializing in providing restaurants with free software to handle online orders for pickup and delivery. Our mission is to streamline the food ordering process for our partners, creating a seamless experience for both restaurants and their customers.
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is vital to the successful implementation and ongoing support of our platform across the restaurant community. As the point of contact for our restaurant partners, you will assist with menu creation, onboarding onto our platform, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise directly with restaurant owners and their teams to build out their menus and integrate their online services with our software.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure optimal usage of our platform and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist customers with order issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights gathered from users to continually enhance our software and services.
• Travel to local restaurants, as needed, to troubleshoot and resolve issues in person.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person client support when required.
